TECNO’s CAMON 18 Premier: A Camera contained in a Phone

Here are a few things you should know about the CAMON model from TECNO, as it makes its most anticipated release in early October.

There was little available information about the new phone at the time, however, from available pictures, it appears to have a tri-camera setup and elegant chrome-inspired colors piqued.

One key feature is the 60x zoom, which, when combined with TECNO’s proprietary AI TAIVOS technology, leads to high images that have possibly never been seen before on an upmarket phone device.

From the look of it, CAMON’s concentration on professional photography has remained strong with the three-camera configuration.

These cameras are super important, with apertures ranging from f/1.6 to 3.5 and lenses ranging from 16 to 135mm.

The flushing profile of the cameras gives the phone a thin, sleek appearance that will undoubtedly turn attention on the fly.

TECNO’s CAMON 18 Premier will be the first phone to be introduced in the African market with Mediatek’s newest Helio G96 processors, providing faster processing speeds and better user experiences to eager consumers.

This information, along with the 60x magnification, makes the CAMON 18 more like a camera contained in a phone than the other way round.

The CAMON 18 Series will launch in October.

There have been no specifics revealed concerning the cost or availability, so we will have to wait for further information closer to the release date.
